How to play
Daily Geo is one daily challenge with four rounds and a single score out of 8,000. Everyone in the world gets the same puzzles, which reset at midnight UTC.
After finishing the daily challenge, you can play untracked Practice rounds. Practice scores do not affect your daily result, streak, or stats.
Border Fragment
You see a small section of a country's exterior outline, always north-up. Guess the country, or reveal more of the same border. Extra reveals and wrong guesses lower the score. Stage 1 is free. A perfect solve is 2,000 points.
Geo Triangulation
A mystery country is hidden on a world map. You may probe up to three reference countries. Each probe reports the approximate distance and compass direction from the reference country toward the mystery country. You can guess at any time. Probing the mystery country itself is a direct hit. Distances are measured between approximate geographic centers, rounded to the nearest 50 km.
What's Around Me?
Immediate land neighbors are drawn in their real positions. The missing country is not outlined — the empty space is the clue. You may reveal one neighbor name, then all remaining names, at a cost. Wrong guesses do not tell you whether you were close.
Geo Sort
Five countries must be placed in order by a geographic property: west to east, north to south, smallest to largest by area, or fewest to most land neighbors. You get three submissions. After a miss you only learn how many positions were correct, not which ones.
Scoring and streaks
Each round is worth up to 2,000 points. Failing a round scores 0 and still counts as complete — you always move on. A streak increases only when all four rounds for a UTC day are finished. Miss a full UTC day and the next completion starts a new streak.
Daily reset
Puzzles are generated from the UTC date, not your local timezone. Progress is saved on this device. Completed rounds cannot be replayed for a better score.
